Shipping Time All of our jewelry is made to order. For wedding and engagement rings, please allow 2-4 weeks to complete your order. For all other items, please allow 1-2 weeks to complete your order. We ship via USPS in the continental United States. All shipping prices include handling and are fully insured.
USPS First Class Mail - Free! But it takes 2-10 days.
USPS Priority Mail $7.50, plus $2 for each additional item.
UPS Overnight is available for rush orders - $30

Please note that international customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, customs fees and refused shipping charges. We are unable to quote these fees at this time and we suggest contacting your local government for more information.
We want you to be happy with your order. Wait, scratch that - we want you to LOVE your jewelry, but sometimes things don’t work out - wrong size, or length, maybe it just didn't flatter your fabulous self. We understand and we like to make returns as simple as possible. So here is everything you need to know:
For our regular collection, you have 15 days to return your item in perfect condition.
For Bridal pieces - Wedding and Engagement Rings, you have 7 days to return your item in perfect condition.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs and that you will be responsible for return shipping to us.
If you purchased your item from one of our stores, you’ll need to return it to that store. We only take returns on items purchased from our online store.
Call us at 415-894-9466 or email us at email@example.com to get a Return Authorization number - this helps us to know which return goes to which customer so that we can expedite your return.
- Refunds are processed on the same business day on which your return is received, but please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
- Returns and exchanges made beyond the our policies will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items that have been customized will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Fully custom made/bespoke pieces are not eligible for returns.
- We are more than happy to suggest alternative pieces, lengthen or shorten a chain or re-size your ring. Consider giving us a chance to make it right for you.
Sometimes jewelry breaks, and we feel your pain. Never fear - we are adept at fixing our jewelry. Please note - we only repair pieces from Sharon Z Jewelry; we can’t fix your toasters and lamps (much as we would love to), or other jewelry - just ours. Repairs on items purchased within one year are on us - we guarantee our jewelry for one year against breakage. After one year, some repairs may incur a fee and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Ring re-sizing is $25 for silver rings and $50 for gold or palladium rings. Re-sizing can only be done for Sharon Z Jewelry rings. We do not re-size rings made by other companies or designers.
